SR 71. One of the first programs I worked in my career was rebuild of the flight control actuators on this aircraft. The exotic materials and no elastomeric seals was impressive as all of the drawings were 1957-1958.
Some would call it a towel rack, but actually, it’s a fully functional wing to create stability and downforce over 100 mph.

Cassens had a big terminal by the plant in Fenton. It's sad that the dozens of trucks and drivers all vanished when the plant closed.one of my past jobs
