Except for my dad's slant six Valiant. He also ran black wall tires, but splurged on 14 inch rims.

70 Chargers have so much going on, the option list and colors were insane! It always pissed me off to hear people say they preferred the 68 and 69 over the 70. The 70 had it going on for sure. Who ever ordered mine checked the V code 440 Sixpack box,that ain't happening on a 68 or 69 Charger R/T!I always liked those Hemi decals on the '70 hoods. The white especially looks great with the purple.

Car looks awesome. I liked the red drums but black is okay I suppose. My buddy calls the 70 the "Newport" due to the grille design but I think they're the best of the second gens due to the grille and door scoops.

It has always bugged me about the best 'clocking' of the window winder handles in any vehicle I have restored.
I hate to have the handle against my leg while I'm driving whether the window be fully open or closed. It really is a pain to get the optimum position.
The interior is looking really sharp now Mark. It's going to be one hellava car when finished.

I based the handle positions where it is on one of my survivor 68s. I’ll check out the other one tomorrow to see where they are clocked.

The white interior is striking. See you have window cranks at 6 o'clock down, will your knee hit crank knob? I don't remember if I set mine at 4 o'clock to get it away from knee, you can always change it,

Looks like they did in 1970,except where are your Charger script emblems on the lower panels? Laysons has them!
