I like these cars. I have lots of respect for the 428 Cobra Jet engine. Likely one of the best Ford street engines. Kinda like a 440: just kept on going without a lot of fuss.

Very healthy size, that first bite took me back 2 or 3 decades, real meat, real buns, hand cut sides, it just reminded me and It was like old school diners.
