Auto. Console help.

68 Charger automatic shift console.
I’m assembling the console and can’t figure out the parts in the picture. I know at least one or both slide up underneath to screw in the console door hinge. I labeled it but still not getting it over a year later.
I can understand one metal strip to capture the hinge screws but not two.
Any help possibly with a picture ? Thanks.

One for the hinge side, the other for the lock catch side.

So the strip with tab sticking out would be for the lock catch ?

I think so, but it's been a while. When I have removed them before, I put them directly into the new console body. Packed up in a bag for years, one tends to forget these little things.
