BEEN THERE DONE THAT TOOHole saws are amazing things....

not as cool as the OE ones with the rolled lip,
but tried that in a press, using 2 different sized big ol' sockets
it came out decent too,

Since this was about DD caps, I've View attachment 1834276View attachment 1834278had critics on my choice, but this was a '63 Era build. I was trying to keep it clean, and correct. Do I need to change these ???

Needs some dog dish!
My dog is eating out of them.Needs some dog dish!
I like those flatter caps! The wheels, trim rings and center caps are the actual ones that left the factory on this car.Put some real wheels & tires on that,
Vett painted rally's & trim-rings etc. are way overplayed too
(at least get the disc brake flatter style caps, so it doesn't look like every other dork)
they make a nice aftermarket alum. &/or chromed version of them rally wheels too
70 Vett advert. with disc brakes

71 454 LS6 ZR2 4 speed, should have them the lil' caps flatter style ones, for cars with disc brakes,
used from like 67-73 (IIRC) & on 1 year (?) 69 Camaros z28s (? z11 opt.) w/discs & multiple years of Vetts
I'll say, it still looks OK, with the std tall rally caps w/stainless trim rings,
but better with the flatters disc brake caps

15" rally wheels, w/spinner caps, on the disc brake caps I believe

Excellent color combo and wheels on this GTX!
These have been down here, waiting for a chance, maybe this year ???When you are ready to take the winter wheels off, torque thrusts would be my first choice for that sweet Dodge!
Sweet! Those wheels will make that Dodge pop!
The only reason they fit mine is it's full time 4wd so no hub but I have seen pictures of the DD with the holes in them but never in person or for sale.I like dork dish poverty caps on the older trucks/W-series 4x4s
not so much on any of the muscle cars, been way too overly done IMHFO
& it's hard to find the ones with holes, for locked out hubs on the front
for Power Wagons
are rare
