1969 Charger armrest bases

I'm replacing the chromed plastic armrest bases (front and rear) in my car. There seem to be several different options for sources. Are there any recommendations, or any that I should avoid?

All I can suggest right now is that you buy them from Peter Gee at PG Classics in Ottawa, or from Nigel at National Moparts in Gamebridge, so there are no surprises at what they are costing you! I just got nailed for a $51 part coming across from Illinois.

Nope, he put it at 25%, but has since reduced it to 10% for all countries except China they are now at 145%

Let's not get into that here. If you live in the US, buy from US suppliers. If they have it in stock and it was made in China there shouldn't be a tariff mark up.

SORRY... I saw "Havelock" and that is a place down the road from me in Ontario! I missed North Carolina... ffs.

Product that is currently on the shelf did not see any increase in price from the tariffs. So us vendors / manufactures have yet to see any of the consequences of any tariffs. Product that is currently in transit from China, even if it was already paid for is liable for the increase in price due to the tariffs.

Like for us, our raw material that we use in some of our product is manufacturered here in the US. Yet a couple of the components of that raw material is a product of China, so ultimately, at the current rate, when we reorder that raw material, we could potentially see an increase in price due to the tariffs. I know that many of the manufacturers here in the US have been proactive in stock piling material, knowing that the tariffs were imminent.

At work, Our (so called BIRCH plywood supply) was always stamped (made in china) until today!
