Yep.The "in and out" part?
This In and out has been around forever so I bet they just leave each other alone which is common way we are in Idaho. There are 3 new in and outs in Idaho now but not around here.Yep.
Guess it just continues to show what a great company In-N-Out is; why bother some little private businessman that poses no threat? Unfortunately, most are not that way - have an acquaintance who opened a small little cafe/diner - breakfast and lunch only - in a small oklahoma town a few years ago. After operating for 2 or 3 years, Dale received a 'cease and desist' letter from an atty on behalf of his client SEVERAL STATES AWAY complaining that thye had that name first... Cost Dale several thousands of dollars [90% to attys...hmmmm] to change everything and copyright the restaurant's new name.
I was really enjoying the discussion. It was entertaining.Yep, apparently the truth hurts...
Pretty close to the OE in Cali.My question is, how does that restaurant [sign in the background] stay in bidness with that name I wonder?
