My car had red dust everywhere. You can see it on the top of the transmission and this piece I pulled out of the transmission crossmember. I always figured it must be from Arizona because it was so rust free, but maybe not.

was this car under roof? looks like the work of chipmunks to me
driver side, water got under the lead........ the hole is a five minute fix; little metal missing from the cowl panel, .9 hrs
