It depends on the car. Detailed pictures are shown in the free online factory service manuals

I've searched and can't find anything for 1971-72 plymouth satellite or roadrunner. Even 73 might help.

I don't agree with that. You can still show pictures of mounting and bracket locations.

Simple... yet complicated to convert. I'm in the process of converting and couldn't figure out the brackets and mounting points. Looks like I'm missing the upper bracket. Which looks simple to fab up.

Thanks for the image. My setup is different. Doesn't have the aluminum on the bottom of the window and doesn't require the other channel.

I can’t remember now if that assembly in the picture is out of my car or the parts car that I bought. Both windows came out of 71 Satellites and it appears that the picture from the service manual is the same and from what I can tell, the one in the Charger is very similar. What car did your window come from? A picture might help someone here identify.

Ok I have spent an hour and a half this morning and time last night trying to research this and from what I can tell, the regulator will work on 71-74. It appears that the windows and tracks are more specific 71-72, 73-74. I looked at many eBay listings (if you can believe that) and they seem to bear that out. I looked at several old fbbo threads going back to 2010, but could not find a definitive answer.
One glaring thing that stands out to me is on the long track on my pic (it was the same on my other 71 car ) the slot at the top is sort of in the shape of an L , favoring one side as apposed to having the wide opening the same on both sides as most pics I see on eBay and your pic.
This pic on eBay says the window fits 71-72.

I had a guy stop by my house and bought my back window stuff that I had left over. He was going to put it in his car that had fixed rear windows. I didn’t hear from him how it worked out.

No it isn’t. My previous post, I have to say is wrong. That area is covered in the pic. The track is what I’m seeing in the other posts from eBay and fbbo.
