I am at work and trying to order a new belt for my 66 Charger. They list two pulley sizes, 4 3/4 inches and 5 1/2 inches. Here is a picture of the pump. Does anyone know which size this should be?
Is that the O.D. (outside diameter) or the P.D. (pitch diameter) of the sheave? The pitch diameter is where the belt runs......the difference can be significant.......just thought you might like to know.....I would say 5 1/2. Compare to other pulleys in the picture.
I just measured my 67 and that’s the size, 4 3/4”. You know where I can get a new one? I just mine was a little screwed up.I found a picture of my original belts from when I disassembled the engine. Based upon those it appears to be the smaller 4 3/4 pulley, but I will confirm when I get home.
How did you make out with your pump pulley situation? Im pretty much having the same problem. My pulley is damage and I can get a new pump with the pulley but itsThanks for all replies. I confirmed when I got home that it has the 4 3/4 pulley.

I have to change my power steering pump due to the pulley has damage. I inquired about a Bergson pump and asked about the difference in the pulley size. They said my old pump was designed with the 4 ⅝ and their new pump is 6 ¾ and it shouldn’t be. Problem.I am at work and trying to order a new belt for my 66 Charger.
