Wife's younger sister bought a house built in the 1970s with a nearly identical bathroom. Didn't take her long to tear it out and renovate.

What's just as gross is a black toilet. I worked in a home that had one & when you lifted the seat, the rim showed every wet and dried up drip.

Uh oh, what's going on?
Don't know yet, night #2 in a room after a night in emerg. She's had a fever since before we had her last Thur/Friday. Now has a lump / swollen lymph node on her neck from some internal infection. Poor kid is life threatening anaphylactic to peanuts (epi pen goes everywhere with her), severely allergic to eggs and it's a new gig every day it seems.

Wishing the best for her and all of you.

Neil Bonnett won the pole in his Harry Hyde-prepared Dodge Charger. The duo were making their debut start under the team's new ownership flag of Jim Stacy Racing. The team had previously been owned by Nord Krauskopf and fielded red #71 Dodges with sponsorship by K&K Insurance for such notable drivers as Bobby Isaac, Buddy Baker, Dave Marcis, and Bonnett. By the mid-70s, however, Krauskopf began throttling back his support of the team. Hyde and Bonnett welcomed the change in ownership, and the newly renumbered 5 team had a good bit of success the rest of 1977.

Having allergies like that scary. Hope she's feeling better.
