I'm getting close but I'm happy at about 61 degrees. So far a box fan in the window at night is fine.

Turned on the a/c in AZ a couple weeks ago. Waited as long as we could. 106° at the moment (5pm)
In Cali for a few weeks. Mid 80s today, down to 70. Ceiling fan is plenty....for now.

I’ve run the a/c off and on in the previous weeks but for the past three days, I turned the heat back on.

Turned mine on a month ago when we got in the 90's here.
Actually cooler this morning ( 61 ) with low humidity from a front that came through yesterday but hit 93 this afternoon.
75 now and 61% humidity

Still local but another 7000' up in elevation from my 7500'. Live cams but will be dark soon. Check it tomorrow. Highs in the low 30's lows in the low 20's.

A/C and heat.....it's that time of year........ it's a rainy 52* here today
Whatever it takes to keep it between 72 to 74 degrees. Heat one day and a/c the next. The cars easier to use, set it to 72 and you're done. Now if we can figure out how to make a healthy donut, my life would be complete
Set to Automatic and 70F.. after that who f .....
Another week and that lawn mower will be needed......

Ok, I mentioned Pikes Peak and Hey-O mentioned donuts. Let me connect the dots. I heard the donuts at the summit house are the best tasting donuts ever. Lots of scientific reason like thinner air makes things boil at a lower temperature.
The new machine, the highest fryer in North America producing more than 500,000 donuts a year, meets Living Building Challenge (LBC) guidelines that specify requirements to positively impact the place, community, and culture of the project. Aramark will be using the same donut recipe that has been passed down since 1916, which only works at the 14,115-foot elevation or higher. According to Tammy McIntyre, national director of retail operations for Aramark, the fresh donuts can be tossed with the guests’ selection of signature seasonings, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, cardamom and coriander, or sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg. This is a new feature for the Summit’s delicious baked good!

Our HVAC is 2 different systems so each run as needed. When the temps stay in the 60's and 70's nothing runs. I might tturn on the blower to even the temps between floors. It might be mid 60's in the badement and high 70's in the upstairs. We have a boiler and hot water heat We have fin tube baseboard and 1 zone of cast iron radiators. The A/C is R22 with forced air.
Been running it for over a month.
Six weeks ago it was AC during the day and heat at night.
I believe this week is officially the last week before monsoon season arrives.
0% chance today, 30% tomorrow and 30-40% every day next week.
Been mowing the lawn every other week for the last six weeks, too.
After next week, I imagine it will become twice a week soon.

Same here; forced hot water heat & A/C vents in the ceiling throughout the (single level) house.

Nope, not yet!!! Temps are on the mild side here in NW Nevada, and at 5100 ft elevation, it is very cool in the AM and then will get up to the high 60s to mid 70s, so I have not fired it up as of yet. I have to take the chill off in the morning, as it is rather cool in the house, as I keep the temp for heat at 67, which is nice and comfortable for sleeping and such. Neighbor has a 2700 sq feet 2 story home and has had to use his AC because he and the misses, conplain that the upstairs is too damn hot for them but then with their Solar set up, and me having the same with a battery backup, my electric bill is never over 50 bucks which is more than a win win on the wallet... cr8crshr/Bill
