Ok, so I bought new Moog LCA bushings from Craig at mobile parts and using the original LCAs and pivot pin from my 70 Charger. One pin pressed in and seems right, the other pin slides in and out - no pressing required.

I have a set of 68 Charger LCAs that I've cleaned up and same results. One presses in fine, the other the pin slides in and out

Is there a measure for the correct diameter of the pivot pin shaft? I want to check them before buying new pins. I'll likely remove them all and replace all 4 (70 & 68 LCAs) if that's the issue.

Thanks
Ross

Did you remember the thin metal sleeve that goes over the pin ??

Buy a cheap set of calipers from HF.

Some bushings have the inner sleeve to large and they slip on the pin, it happens a lot these days. How could the pin get too small unless on a lathe?
