Need help with picture

Wondering if you guys could post some pics of how you routed your aftermarket auto shifter cables 'through the carpet'. I want to keep it clean looking and thought what better way to look for ideas than to ask you guys. I wasn't happy in the past how I had done it so looking to change it on this car. I'm using a B&M pro stick by the way.

Every install can be different. Best thing I will tell you is pull the carpet. Get the shifter mounted and cable routed. Remove shifter and cable. Lay carpet down. Mark carpet for cable hole. Either put a small slit or find a suitable grommet to fit the hole.
