Where/when is that?
A low drivered 2-8-0 (if that's what that is) is an interesting helper for a high speed 4-8-4.
Looks like they have different names on the tenders, too.

IIRC 614 was the unit that was traded to Ross Rowland for AFT 1 (RDG 2101) after the fire that rendered it "not worth repair".
A second look shows no more cars behind what looks like a support/parts car (baggage car) possibly aux water tender, and no smoke from the 614.
It's being towed.
Still, a steamer towing another steamer.......must be "on the property" of Strassburg.
Don't think you can do that on a class I.

I hope one of the two was breathing when I was involved in this situation. Apex predators is a good way of putting it. That puts me below the dinner on the table!! LOL
