Center bore outside is 3 inches. Inside is 2.75inches making it hub centric for Mopar. What caps can I use? Can't find any push on that fit a 3 inch bore. What brand of rim are these? No markings on back of rim.disregard center caps in pic. They won't fit over the hub of the car.

Deflate one tire. A lot of times the manufacturer's name is cast into the barrel of the rim.

I think it’s a western wheel as well, and I believe they use a push in style cap much like a centerline c70 or c20 cap

3" chrome freeze plug?

Seriously, Google 3" mag wheel center caps. You need push-in from the front caps.

i believe it was mentioned the center bore was 2.750. is that the wheel center bore or the cap center bore ?
regardless, it's no wonder the combination won't fit over the hub, because that is a ford register size.
the mopar register size is 2.810.
