I consider this very bad news for Honda shareholders and customers.
Models will be combined and a thinning of the herd. This is what happens when you deal with China. They invite you in, forcing you to work with their companies, all the while stealing intellectual properties and then squeeze them out by subsidizing their own companies. When they got caught, it was forgiven because they were an emerging economy. They've been screwing us from the beginning. I avoid anything Chinese as much as possible.I consider this very bad news for Honda shareholders and customers.
AMEN!!! For this and a million other reasons...Models will be combined and a thinning of the herd. This is what happens when you deal with China. Dealer and part distribution network is a big deal, and in day and age, it's too costly to start from scratch. Not sure what I see as a benefit for Honda, Kind of like I seen no benefit when Chrysler rolled over for Mercedes either.
Big benefit to Bob Eaton. He cashed out to the sum of 40 million dollars. Not sure what I see as a benefit for Honda, Kind of like I seen no benefit when Chrysler rolled over for Mercedes either.
That to keep your hands warm when being pushed
I was working on a friend's newer Ram cummins , and he gets back to me, " how's the Fargo coming along?"Sounds like Mitsubishi is somehow tied in with Nissan now and may be pulled into the Honda-Nissan merger. I still have a bit of trouble remembering to call them Nissan. After my 72 Datsun 1500 pickup I owned back in the 70s, Datsun still seems right to me.![]()
I was going to new car dealerships since before I even got a license to drive especially when the new models came out. No sales people except for one even spoke to me. The real downside was when I was 35 I still looked like a teenager and got treated like crap. One sales slob told me to go get my parents but he changed his tune when I opened my wallet to get my license and made sure he saw the green stuff. Told him too late and left. I could go on and on lol but have no idea if Nissan is going down the tubes or not. Don't know what Toyota is doing with their trucks but didn't know that a manufacturer could build one that ugly.I know this is an older thread but i just wanted to say.. i'm trying to buy a frontier right now.. for a few reasons and so far their dealers are not great.. Not NEAR as bad as when i bought my last jeep (whos engine is falling apart at 30k)... that took 4 different dealers to find one that actually wanted to sell a car.
The nissan dealers aren't bad but i'm looking for a specific build and the one i was dealing with wont even tell me if they can get it without me coming down to them first... i work 70 hours a week and hate wasting time. Just talked to another dealer 10 mins ago.. "No problem.. let me get on that"
What's funny is i just had to stop typing cause she called me back already to confirm some details, it's amazing how much differently 2 dealers can treat people...
