Ok. My 66 Charger, turn signal switch plug, car side connector has an extra wire...? An orange one. See pics of plug verses the wire diagram. Also, I had put a new turn signal switch some time ago and the signals work, brake lights work, etc.

Shift indicator light for a column shift.... I believe..
The 66's didn't have it, so maybe the switch is for a coronet.
The plug with the orange wire is in the car part of the dash harness, which is all original.
