I have a 1970 Roadrunner w/ 383. Just noticed that the rubber or whatever they use on the back of the ignition module is starting to melt and run down onto the bell housing, so it's probably not long for the world. It came with the car when I bought it 30 years ago.

It's a 2 pin module. The car has a replacement Rally dash harness that I got from Year one years ago.

Any suggestions where to find a 2 pin module? looking online I only see 4 or 5 pins.

Thank you.

Photo please. There are no 2 pin modules. 4 and 5 only. Electronic voltage regulator may be?

This one?

Yep that’s the style I have it has 2 pins and a 2 pin plug. Like in the photo. Mine doesn’t have a sticker just “made in USA”. I still have points and a condenser.
Hence why I found a pic with a decal indentifying it as a Voltage regulator LOL.

Search for a Mopar electronic voltage regulator and will find it everywhere

To clarify it's a voltage regulator and it controls the alternator charging.
Not related to the ignition circuit.
Readily available the standard VR125 should work fine.

Thank you for the information, sorry I had the wrong part name. Haven’t played with the Mopar system in a while, been messing with my other cars.

Thank you everyone that answered. Little embarrassed that I didn't identify it properly. I should have known not to call it an ignition module when I have points and condenser.

I guess I'll chalk it up a brain fart or my advancing age. Thanks again everyone.

It seems to still be charging fine but I'll grab a spare for when it gives up the ghost.

That's a electronic voltage regulator not a module (Ignition module)
