Name of interior door mechanism?

What is the actual name of the interior door handle mechanisms? I've seemed to have lost the ones for my 68 satellite in my last move.

Thanks. I've been trying to find a set of them and all the keywords I keep trying have only come up with one pair and they weren't in very good shape for the price being asked.

Do you know if it's just the 68-70 b-bodies or were they used on other cars also?
