How do you like your bacon cooked?

One of Black Bear Diner’s trademark dishes is its Thick-Cut Bacon. According to guests, the thick, diner-style bacon is full of flavor and always cooked to crispy perfection. When I get a need for bacon, this is the best!!

I like my bacon like I like my women, not to stiff and not to loose.

So I guess that makes me a 3-4 kind of guy.

I miss black bear diner. Don’t have them out here near me.

It's definitely BLT season, with the Fresh lettuce and tomatoes from the garden, followed up with some just picked corn on the cob !!!

4 or 5 It's easy to get both on the same piece. Thick cut only. I fix my bacon in the oven with coarse ground pepper and brown sugar sprinkled on top. It's like candy. This needs a little more time in the oven.

First time at the Black Bear Diner was when we were in Vegas last year. Went every morning to cure the hangover. Damn was that place good.
