HELP! I removed my passenger door panel because the window switch was not working. When I pulled the panel all the wires popped off the switch. Can anyone help me figure which wire go where again so I don't short out or cause a meltdown... Thank you in advance... CG

the wires should be in a flat white plastic connector.
Yellow should be +12 volts and go to the center pin.
The purple wires go to one side and the Violet wires to the other side two prongs.
The purple/violet wires going to the motor are opposite each other (top/bottom)

Thank you 451, but my issue is that I have a yellow, a brown, one solid pink, one pink with the white stripe and one purple...
What's your guess based on those color combos??

Use a multimeter or test light to find the one wire that had +12 volts (ignition on), it should be the yellow wire. All the other wires should not have power.
Check each wire for ground connection with a test light (or voltage) between the yellow wire and each of the other wires. The wires going to the motor should not show a ground if disconnected from the switch, and the other two wires should show ground going back to the master switch.
You could activate the master switch for that window, and those wires should switch from ground to +12 volts. Mark the wires that react to the up and down switch positions on the master switch.
On the two remaining wires that go to the motor, ground one wire and put +12 volts (yellow wire) to the other side to see if the window goes up or down, and mark the wires for up and down like the wires coming from the master switch. connect the wires like in the schematic with the up/down on each side of the switch.
Note: If the wires going to the master switch do not have a ground, there could be an issue at the master switch. Best fix is to use dual relays for each motor. A search on power window relays should find the posts on that.
