LA Engine Pre-oil Tool "Stop" Locations

Now that I have a DIY timing tape on the 340 and a pre-oil tool, does anyone know where the cams needs to stop per crank degrees to send oil to each bank of of rocker shafts? Just trying to avoid unnecessary stops as I rotate the crankshaft to send oil to the lifters and valves. Thank you.

Wouldn't it be neat if there was an industry standard for where the oil holes were drilled on every cam. I doubt that it was the case though. They may be in the same place for a particular manufacturer. Spin the oil pump and turn the engine over slowly until you get oil to the top.
