Chargers for sale by crack addicts

What does that make mine worth?

That guy is crazy!

I saw there is a Charger shell listed with just a roof, A pillars and what's left of two quarters for $12,000. No firewall, no floor pans, no front frame rails, no inner front fender aprons, no core support, no trunk pans, no rear frame rails, no tail panel, no title, no dash or VIN plate, no fender tag, no broadcast sheet.

Jeeze...I'm only asking 3k for my junk...with a VIN! No offers yet... mabby I should raise the price!

Wow, for less than a third of that price you could get new a AMD roof, pillars and quarters and be further ahead.

So technically that should be listed as a new Challenger not a 68 Charger. Body overs are a spooky thing two cars built totally different. Then you get the fat look on the Charger because stuff doesn’t work quiet right and then cover the wounds with a cheesy front valance and ground effects or side skirts.. and of course ask an absorbent price for the jewel..Meanwhile the only bit left of the Charger is a VIN and possibly some outside skin. Imo

1969 Dodge Charger · R/T Scat Pack Sedan 4D
This was just advertised in a town 12 miles from me. Honestly, with todays prices, it probably isn't as bad as some of the other cars posted in this thread. The no fender tag or no build sheet would make it a deal breaker for me.

Claiming it is a hemi car without proof is a bold claim! Just as easy to remove the tags from a 318 or 383 car to hide the proof!
It does at least look solid for the most part compared to a lot of them. The paint I am sure is hiding a lot of BS but the underside is not so bad and the interior is still there.
I'd offer $18k. :)

.....I'd offer $18k. :)
Even if that Charger would've been a 318 car, it's worth more than $18,000. It's definitely an R/T 4 speed. Those torque boxes look original.
My buddy sold a '68 /6 Charger with no interior and similar body condition for $18,000. This was 2 years ago.

Does the picture in the trunk come with the deal? lol

Everything is worth what someone will pay. I wouldn't pay more than 18k. But I don't want one bad enough I suppose, someone else would. But he isn't asking 18k. :)

The vin is still there apparently so it can be documented as a 426
