Pine River Pond, they bought the property for $14k when I was pretty young but my parents sold it years ago, now you can hardly find lake front property under $1M I always loved the lake, I could care less about the ocean/beach.

I too am a fresh water guy. I hear you on the prices. We bought our place in 2001 and we couldn’t afford to buy our place today if it was for sale.
