I too am a fresh water guy. I hear you on the prices. We bought our place in 2001 and we couldn’t afford to buy our place today if it was for sale.

Best I can do is put our 1983 camper in a campground on a small lake in Lee NH, maybe someday I'll get this old Chrysler I picked up 4-5 years ago running and in the water.
