What should this bolt look like/ 70 charger grill

Well I have no clue what it should look like since rust ate it.Top, follow saw horse , seems one end is washer with 7/16 head then threw bracket with 7/16 nut. Top side of grill

Once again factory manual does not show the bracket. 1 on each side off grill.

You really need to get a copy of the 1970 Dodge Chassis Assembly Manual. Reproduction copy by FAXON.
 
One end of the bracket attaches to the underside of the fender at the location shown below.

I don't have a picture of the strap in place, but here it is on the bumper...

And it attaches in the bolt holes next to the very front hood bumper....
