Mopar Action Oct 2021 article re: swapping b body sway bar links with those from a recent Pford pickup for improved handling.

I bought these sway bar end links to try on my 67 belvedere. My car has a summit racing brand sway bar. Kinda of think it's a hellwig copy. No tabs on my LCA has the bracket attached to the bottom front shock bolt. They fit up nicely and the sway bar is mostly level. Now just need to put some miles on it.

I want to put these on my 63 b body. I can't see how it is attached at the top. Would you please take a picture close up? I would really appreciate it. Dave

Did the early B body attach the sway bar to the strut rods?

I just bought some and the nuts stop at the end of the threaded portion but don’t look like nylon locking nuts to me. Just crank away and tighten? Are there nylon linings I’m not seeing?

They did.

It's a deformed nut. A form of lock- nut.

Connecting rod nuts have their own locking feature too.
During the manufacturing process, two or three of the six flats on the hex get a small punch by the tooling to create a small size reduction to the inside of the fastener. This makes the nuts have a slight interference fit.
