Both the alternator and power steering belts aren’t perfectly aligned with the water pump and damper pulleys. It seems the water pump is about a 1/16” off and about the same for the power steering. You can see the belt that was installed is starting to fray on the sides. The power steering pump is a new Bergenson. What options do I have to correct this?

Those shims plus some tweaking on the existing brackets and spacers. Maybe a washer in spots, file down some material etc.

BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE THE COOLING FAN INSTALLED BACKWARDS. THE SCOOP PART OF THE BLADES FACES THE RADIATOR CORE. THE FAN WILL MOVE AT LEAST 2X THE AIR WHEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY. you will likely need to add a 1/16" shim to the pump hub and/or pull the alternator sheave 1/16" further on the shaft. This misalignment is caused by not measuring first. FIX THE FAN INSTALLATION FIRST........just my opinion.....

Nice one Bob.
And if the rear groove of the crank pulley matches well with the WP pulley.. then leave those alone and just adjust the alt and ps.
I'd prefer to have the proper single groove alt pulley myself,, but that can be made to work.

Yeah, that was done by the prior owner. I bought a new belt for the alternator and will now have to reverse that fan.
Power steering spacers are installed on wrong side of bracket.
I thought the same, but it I were to put in those spacers as you mentioned, its gonna push it further away from the damper pulley.

You can very easily change the alignment on the power steering pump pulley by taking it off the pump putting it in a press and pushing the hub one way or another. It takes very little pressure to move it.
