Bypass factory AC compressor

I’m running my 383 now with the correct pulleys and belts for a non AC car, because I wanted to bypass the factory AC compressor.My question is could I leave the AC water pump in or should I put the non AC water pump in ? I’m leaving the factory condenser in, and all the other components.
