67 GTX Downunder

Hi I am new to mopar.Well relatively...I have been importing various US cars into Australia in a casual fashion since 2001 .My friend in the Bay Area California had a 67 GTX that was part of a Lein sale so I ended up with it. Tried to sell it but no bites. Long story short is I decided to do a cheap reto on it as it had a killer body with minimal rust and only 2 minor repairs. Anyway its one of the best decisions I have made. I have Studebakers and Corvettes too and now so glad to have taken the time to do this project. Very underated Vehicle. I have attached a couple of photos. A/C floorshift auto car. **************************
PS ...just love the torque of the 440 RBs....I am now a member of the Flat Earth Society !

Especially because his GTX still looks a thousand times better than mine.

I am in a similar boat. Bought the car above from a member here mainly because the price was right and I wanted the engine and trans for my Coronet. But the car kind of grew on me and now I find myself spending time and money on it even though the plan was to sell it.

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario. Thanks for your pictures of your 1967 GTX. I ran police wheels on my '67 R/T for about 20 years. I finally got tired of them, and changed to aftermarket TorqueThrust knockoffs. Wheels are always a personal choice thing.
