I found that when I was questioning what this was all about. Everyone has a thing, a tick somewhere in them, that works for them. I had a friend that he and his wife couldn't sleep if the TV wasn't on. We'd stay at our lake house and the only TV was in the living room. I can't tell you how many times I'd wake up in the middle of the night with the TV blaring so they could hear it. There would be 3 or 4 couples and the first thing they'd unload was a fan. There's only two things I do in a bedroom, and nether one includes a TV or a fan! LOL ..... but I get it.
