This last round with my tflite has it working pretty well, thanks to dvw!
While I was messing with the front pump plate i broke the plastic breather. I used a steel bolt on baffle from a 67 trans along with a homemade aluminum baffle on the inside.
Now it is leaking on the floor when parked.
I have one of those locking dipstcks.
The original style stick seemed as if it should breathe a bit along with the stuff on the front pump housing.
Now that i have sealed up the filler tube while having an iffy baffle i wonder if this is causing the leaks?

The first step is to determine where the leak appears to be coming from: bell housing or pan area?

You could have a cracked converter hub, damaged seal, or your fabricated baffle is not working as it should. None sounds like fun:(.

My car sprouted a bellhousing leak after I put a locking dipstick in  .. came to the conclusion that is the problem. Car is parked.

I'd say put the good stick back in and try it out
