Front Turn Signals Have Different Blink Characteristics

Super minor issue, but I’m wondering if anyone has seen this before. When the headlights or parking lights are on, the passenger side front turn signal will alternate from bright to dim as the effective blinker; on the driver side, however, it just simply flashes off and on. Is this just a bad dual filament bulb?

More than likely just a bad bulb. Drivers side.
