Need more info than that. Casting date, stampings, possible VIN.

No Vin car is long gone, can’t see the stamp on block I’ll see if seller can clean tag on block for better pics

66-67 had no vin stamp. Cast date should be on the opposite side of the block from the casting number. If it's got a vin number, it will be on the pad on passenger side lower edge of the block. The pad on the top of the block to the drivers side of where the intake sits will have additional information, as in year and build date, etc.

Also, '68 engines had the VIN stamped on the upper driver's side of the bellhousing lip.

I remember the first letters are the engine plant designation. I thought it said VIN but it’s MN or MV which is the Marysville engine plant.

Here are threads from researching mine. You may need someone who is good with the 1,000 day calendars to figure it all out.

Day 2700 is Wednesday, December 18, 1968, So if it was a production line install it would be for a 1969 car. Any numbers on the pan rail or the bell area by the oil sender?

Its for sure a 69 production block by the big E stamped under the bottom, and the 10,000 day calendar date. some early 69 blocks had the complete vin stamped on the machined pad found on the passenger side of the block above the oil pan, while others had the last 8 digits of the vin stamped. It should have that unless its been removed or modified. Please look in that area, and let us know back.
