They are ads that are generated based on your browsing history. Since you are a gold member, you shouldn’t see any ads if you are logged in.

Go to https://chatgpt.com and type in "why do i get disgusting advertisments on some websites?" in the ask anything box. It will explain why these types of ad show up. Not the fault of your browsing history.
