I haven't been active at it for a few years, but I was heavily into resto-modding vintage RC cars. Upgrading the electronics, beefing up whatever was a wink link, etc.

I also play the drums and jam with my band every Sunday. We play heavier stuff like Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Queensryche, a few Rush songs, Screaming Trees, RHCP, Ozzy, Rage Against The Machine, Incubus, etc.

I play ice hockey at least once a week, too...used to be twice a week, but our Friday group crapped out during Covid, not enough skaters would commit.

Yeah I gotta start playing hockey again. Been 15 years since I was on beer league. Im old enough now for old timers, probably more tame than the guys that think they were cheated out of the show. I actually have composite sticks now too. When I quit beer league I was still refusing anything but wood coffey pattern. What's gonna kill me is half shield is required now.

Hobbies thru the years: Cars, guitars, men's baseball league, same softball league, golf. Now at 78, only cars, guitars and repairing everything that goes wrong with the house.
