The existing damage to my third member was pretty bad. It's apparent the first shop didn't know what they were doing. I bit the (very expensive) bullet and had the third member replaced. The rear end is now quiet, but there are still a lot of other squeaks and rattles to track down. If anyone needs a Dr. Diff trutrac my new 3rd member came with one, so I'll have one to sell.
I'm still fighting to get the exhaust adjusted just right. This TTI set just isn't made for a low ride height setup. There isn't much adjustment either. The driver side appears to be made slightly different from the passenger side. Eventually I might end up getting an exhaust shop to make some tweaks. I also disconnected the vapor tank in the wheel well since the drain hoses were leaking.
