I run a progression distributor along with a MSD 6AL. I bRice it would do everything you are looking for. Very easy to install and work with. You don’t need the MSD box but I already had one installed.

I saw a video on YouTube by justmoparjoe doing a RMS while motor in the car.

After doing some research I’m going to stick to stock for the throw out bearing. I can certainly see the benefits of hydraulic.

I bought the $99 one from Harbor Freight. I’ll do some research on hydraulic throw out. I’ll make sure to take pictures. Will I have to mess with the shifter rods?

I second Progression Ignition. I run this on my 69 GTX. Never ran better.

Looking forward to it. I also really like the ignition lock feature. I’m always worried someone is going to steal my ride.

The system runs on its own and is not entirely dependent on a smart device. It is dependent at setup though. As long as you have the pin you can access it from any device via Bluetooth. The app imo allows you to get even deeper into timing and really makes you have to understand how it...

Thank you for your reply GTX John. Here is a link to the distributor Progression Ignition. I have cleared everything else out of the way. It is so close to seating all the way in but the ridge in the cylinder head is blocking it from dropping all the way in.
