Can anybody identify these old B/RB headers?

Very interesting. I’ve never even heard of Pro/Stock in regards to a performance parts catalog. They’re definitely “heavier” in weight than any full length headers made in the last 30 years or so. Thick tubing, beefy flanges. Other than a few dings, they fit beautifully. Thanks for the info!

Can anybody identify these old B/RB headers?

I’m looking to identify the make/brand of these old headers on my 69, for no other reason than to know what they are. The only part number on the flange is 1202R. A search for the part number shows nothing. They are 1.75” tubes and 3” collectors. They fit beautifully with my low deck. I tried...

At what point did NEW lifters become junk out of the box and were.......

I’m sure there have been “metallurgy” issues over recent years, but a more common issue is flat tappet cams being ground without lobe taper and/or lifters with no crown. I myself have seen 2 Comp cams and one Summit cam in the last 3 years or so that had ZERO lobe taper. If either of those cams...

Source for the CORRECT style idler arm?

I’m having a tough time finding a good replacement idler arm for my 69. It currently has a Moog, but it is not greaseable, and the inner sleeve is pressed into a bushing. When the idler arm bolt is properly torqued, the arm will not move. Cheap oriental junk. I am looking for the correct style...

Weird stuff found on my 69 Coronet

Yeah I’ve been searching for pics of 69 Coronets with wings on them and haven’t come up with anything. At least nothing matches this car. It was originally T7, and there is an old picture of a copper/bronze 69 with a wing, but it’s a post car.

Weird stuff found on my 69 Coronet

I’m getting ready to strip the car down to bodywork it over the winter so I can shoot it in the spring.

70 b body column shift indicator

I know the same indicator was used on 70-76 A-bodies, and B-bodies through 1979.

Weird stuff found on my 69 Coronet

I was poking around in the trunk of my 69 wiring up some speakers and found some odd holes in the top of the quarter panels that were “filled” at some point in the cars past. The holes match up perfectly to the mounting points of a Daytona/Superbird wing. I have no clue why someone would put...
