My friend the mechanic said the accelerator pump didn't seem to be moving, so then we rebuilt the carb (twice), but we still had problems, but it runs out perfect except for the occasional stall upon accelerating. No constant problem, just on rare times.

I'm sorry for the lack of details. The engine is 318 with a 727 transmission/console shift. So I guess that would make this Stromberg WWC3 1 1/4". That was the original carb on engine before restoration. Hope this helps.. Thanks again..
