I have a '68 Coronet 440. I'm planning on converting the fuel port to the top rear qtr panel, a la the '68 Charger. I'm getting the whole setup - tank, sending unit, straps, pad, filler tube, etc. So do I need the sending unit with a 5/16" line or 3/8" line? I've been reading that the 440...
The only thing I'll say about buying a project car is that you can restore it exactly how YOU want, especially if you want a resto-mod. And you don't have to do everything at once. Part of the fun is upgrading things over time. I bought my '68 Coronet with the engine/tranny out of the car...

How about the one with the three fat guys? It's not so bad. I must admit I watch almost all of them at times, even though I can't stand some of the "characters" in them. I just like seeing what they do to these cars. And maybe I can learn something along the way.
