my belt has holes in it the entire length. tightens up every time. holds up my pants great so the girls and old lady's don't squeal................. :drinks: :lol:

a good tuned T-quad will wake that thing right up ! it took me years to figure those things out, but today, that is the carb of my choice ! too bad there isn't a low profile 2x4 intake made that will accept 2 T-quads. as i want to keep my flat hood, a tunnel ram is unfortunately out. :drinks:

i despise slamming hoods, doors, and deck lids. it took a little time, but my charger's panels shut with just a slight "click,click". very little pressure needed, and it suits me just fine. :drinks:

parts get heavier the older one gets, no matter what they weighed when one was younger............ :drinks:

after reading this tome, and after all the trials and errors you went through KD, one other suggestion if i may. please get rid of those "bolt on" temporary battery cable terminal ends. after almost 60+ years of screwing around with vehicles, those things have caused more problems than they are...

i'm interested as well, especially for a sending unit that will act with higher readings when cold, then lower readings when up to temperature, as well as a lower reading at hot idle which then increases as rpm's raise. :drinks:

ahh.......er.......well.........don't really know what to say about that........... :rofl:

do NOT use standard taps in the bolt holes as they will have a tendency to cut the threads oversize ! use thread CHASERS instead. these will make sure your threads are clean and correct in thread size and pitch. i can't emphasize this enough ! just some friendly advice from a 50 year working...

pearl white is the original top color, and that top is still on it now, although it is technically shot. :drinks:

i was thinking the same thing, that's why i was wondering about the tan top. i wished i had photo chop so i could get an idea what the different top colors would look like. can anyone help me with that ? TIA if it's possible ! :drinks:
