    Unplug the distributor pickup coil connector. Measure the resistance, should be 150 to 900 ohms.

    I use Sylvania H5006 Xtravision bulbs. They claim to be a little brighter than the ones you listed.

    Is that the part number for the 904 pan gasket ?

    Chrysler at one time made a steel rubber coated reusable pan gasket. Probably still available. That is the gasket you want to use. While you are changing it make sure the pan mating surface is still flat.

    They are not positioned correctly on the shaft. Remove the arms and rotate the clockwise a spline or two.
