Did you get your pads? Is the metal part for mounting on the back the same as the originals? The ones I got from Classic Industries the metal does not step out nearly as much as the factory ones do.

Installed and adjusted the window and vent window in the drivers door. Then adjusted the quarter window to match and finally installed the mirror.
