Don’t have the cover. Turns fine counter clockwise, just not clockwise.

I don’t have the balls to try that yet, I still have to add all the fluids and prime the system.

Hi folks, Rebuilt 383 (4 speed a833) that rotated fine both directions but now that it is installed it will only rotate counter clockwise, like butter - if I try to go the other direction it just locks. I thought maybe it was in gear but no. I feel like it might have something to do with the...

Hi Folks, I have a 73 Duster, 4 speed I just slammed a 383 in. All I have is the throttle cable poking out the firewall. I need to know what bracketry/kit I would need to purchase? Running a stock 4bbl manifold and a Edelbrock AVS, 650 CFM. Cheers.

Wait, I think my flywheel bolts might be too long and rubbing once everything is torqued down. I used after market grade 8's for the flywheel and they are a hair too long maybe? Why is everything I have too long!

Okay, so I trimmed down the input shaft. Inserted everything and bellhousing bolts and now the flywheel won’t turn once everything is installed. Am I still a bit long and it’s bottoming out?

If I take 5/8” off I’ll be just like everyone else… oh well, better than a Clutch explosion I guess.
