What's a fair price for a decent set of rechromed bumpers for a 67 Satellite. I'm in North Central Florida.

I got a quote here in cali for 650 bucks...You may find them cheaper in your state..They do not make repop bumpers for 66,67 bumpers yet...

They have a swap meet twice a year in Moultrie Ga. Last fall I picked up my bumpers for my 66 belv at this swap meet. They were $400 exchange. I've had them for almost a year now and they still look great. They have this semi trailer full of rechrome bumpers that travel around to different swap meets. Plus it's a huge swap meet.
There are several companies that sell rechromed bumpers for old cars. They tend to run around $400 each with a core exchange. Bumper Boyz is one, Tri City Plating is another. Both of them go to the bigger shows and can bring the bumpers you need if you call them ahead of time.

Where are you located? If memory serves me correctly there are at least two places in Florida that do rechrome bumpers. I think one is in Melbourne (or the space coast area) and another in the greater Tampa area. I had seen them advertised in Mike Kelly's Cruise News. Gregg
