leaf springs WTF???

She has a ring on her finger, must be a hell of a cook!

Lord have mercy for using his name in vain. I bought the 3800 lb SS springs for my 66 Satellite. It did sit higher on the right hand side. I have had the springs now for about 10 years, and I don't remember it sitting higher anymore on the passenger side. I will have to go out and check when I work on the car again and report back. They are a good stiff spring and noticeably stiffer than stock. After a while you will get completely used to the stiffness though. With these springs, you may not really need a rear sway bar. If they do sit uneven still, when I actually spend money on making the car look good again, I will have the one side de-arched. Also, the car sits up ridiculously high, and I will have to have them both de-arched to lower ride height by 3".

It sits level. With an empty tank it was actually 1/4 lower on the right side because of the battery on that side.

I havn't laughed this hard in a while,even sprayed the 'puter screen!!
