Hi, guys!

At 50, I have NEVER owned a B-bod, but remember fondly the ol' Savoy my parents had. I want to take the plunge this year so I'll have lots of questions. My first is this, how well will someone 6'3" or 6'4" and 230 lbs. fit into a B-body? When I last sat in the Savoy, I was about 8.

Welcome fellow Detroiter, you'll fit fine in a B-body. Are you looking for a project or something already finished?.

I'm in the hunt for something finished, early-generation ('62-66) and--get this--a four-door with a slant six or small block (family guy). If you see a runner, please let me know!

It's said that Plymouths had LESS padding in their seats than a Dodge did. I don't know if that is fact. But I can say I fit better in a runner than in a Bee (both with bench seat)
 
Lucky for you there are a lot of mopars in the detroit area. Check some of the classic car showrooms in town to get a feel for what you can get for the price you are thinking of and to see what you like. Good luck
 
Welcome and good luck on your search.Plenty of room in a B body,6'2" and 230 and fit fine in a 70 RR
 
You should have no problem.
I am 6'1" , 250 and have no issues in my Coronet.
My best bud is 6'3" 260 and fits in my car with no problems as well.
 
welcome aboard! I'm 6'5 and have plenty of space in my 71 rr b-bodies are very roomy cars!
