All he'll broke lose with front end.Put car on lift to work on fluid leaks and toe is way out of wack!Had 're-aligned with new lower ball joints ,looks great on lift, but by the time I get her home(3miles)the tires are squealing from toe off!Just seems every time I put her on the lift its out of alignment.Any help please!

Someone for get to tighten up the bolts after making adjustments?

what type of lift, because toe should be adjusted at ride height as when you take weight off the suspension it pulls the wheels too much toe in, you should have about 1.5mm toe in each side at ride height.

bolts retightened? after wards?, damaged bushes?

Double checked bolts - everything seems tight!Only thing not replaced are control arm bushings.Seem fine.15 inch wheels ,could that change the way it should be lined up?

Are you sure that the lower control arm bushings are okay?
A guy on FABO had a similar problem. I've seen it personally as well. Sometimes, when the lower control arm bushings are failing, the toe and camber will not stay true. Braking and turns often make the alignment shift all over the place. I have seen cars with wasted LCA bushings to the point where the K member/LCA pivot hole is broken and egged out.

I had a 69 road runner that did that the hole in the k member where the lower control arm went in was broken. Bob

Happened to my 73 Challenger as well.

I will check LCA bushings.Maybe a dumb question but would ride height have something to do with it?When I take car off lift it sits perfect! But as soon as I drive it,it drops?Maybe torsion bars are shot?

When that pivot hole gets elongated, all bets are off. Everything shifts around.
By the way, every time I have any of my Mopars in the air, they always sit tall when I lower them down. This is because at full droop, the LCAs droop. When the car is set down, the camber looks positive. I back up the car and drive it forward a few times to let it settle into its final position. My Charger can settle as much as 1 1/2" after being in the air. Torsion bars are not the problem.

LCA bushings r bad, nothing there on right side.looks like I will just start from scratch. How can u tell if torsion bars r bad?

Unless they are bent all to hell or broken, they are still good.

Goin to start tearing down tomorrow.Everything is coming off and replaced-wish me luck!

Good luck!
Post pictures if you can.

Just finished removing LCA'S and only thing left on left side was the liner-no rubber at all.Right side had rubber but not in bushing,it all pushed out!Struts are also bent!UCA'S look fairly new.New bushings(rubber)p/s gear box(finally get leak fixed)hose,I should be good to go!
